The truth about Atkins meals is that it could cause you bad breath when you don’t monitor it the soonest possible time. You will know that your body cells emit ketones through a urine test. Using a red paper, you can measure the amount of ketones present in your urine. The result will indicate how starved your body was and how much stored fats it was able to burn. Ketones can also be measured through a blood test.
